TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
Payment - all confirmed bookings require a ONE (1) nights deposit. Without a deposit your reservation is not secure and Management is not obliged to reserve your booking. Accommodation can only be guaranteed for the number of days already paid in advance. During Peak/Festive seasons and other busy times, it is advised that you plan for and confirm with payment your reservation in advance.
 
Fully paid guests and new bookings will get preference over existing guests who have not paid in advance. If you do not pay your accommodation charges by the due date and Management can not locate you, your belongings will be removed from the room and the room will be available for bookings.
 
Additional Charges - a credit card imprint will be taken for large group bookings. In the event of additional cleaning or damage to the accommodation additional charges will apply. Cleaning is charged at a minimum of $100.00, repairs will be charged at $60.00 call out fee plus $25.00 per 15 minutes. The designated group leader is responsible for payment of damages.
 
Cancellations - all cancellations should be made in writing to info@beachedatbondi.com.au or Beached at Bondi, 283 Bondi Road, Bondi NSW Australia 2026. When you cancel your booking the deposit paid is non-refundable. We will respond to your cancellation within 48-hours of receipt, if you do not receive a response from us, please follow-up the cancellation to avoid further charges.
 
Booking Amendments - please advise of any changes in check-in or check-out times prior to your arrival. If you arrive after the date you are due to check-in, you will have forfeited your deposit and new charges will apply. If you choose to check-out early no refunds will be given for nights not stayed. If you wish to extend your stay please advise Management before 8:00pm the night prior to check-out to make payment.
 
Check-in - check-in is no earlier than Midday and no later than 10:00pm unless otherwise arranged with Management. You must have valid photo identification when checking in or an additional surcharge will be incurred.
 
Check-out - check-out is 10:00am sharp to avoid loss of key and linen deposit of $20.00. If you plan to extend your stay you must pay before 8:00pm the night before. Checkouts after 11:00am will incur and additional night fee will be charged regardless if you stay or not. All linen, towels and blankets must be left in the room at time of checkout - failure incurs loss of $20.00 deposit.
 
Early Check-out - If you are checking out earlier then you must arrange refund of key/linen deposit before 9:00pm the night before, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
 
Reception Hours - We do not offer 24-hour reception however Management does live on-site in case of emergencies. Our office hours are 9:00am - 2:00pm to 4:00pm - 8:00pm. No monetary transactions will be conducted outside of these hours, to ensure your continued stay please pay all accommodation fees in advance or you may find yourself without a bed.
 
House Rules - please observe house rules and accommodation signage on check-in. Failure to comply with house rules will result in immediate eviction with no refund of money and in the case of unlawful behaviour the appropriate authorities will be contacted.
